The office is located above two halls with an area of 225 square meters and has a separate entrance. This is to ensure that its area is not less than 25% of the total site. The design has attempted to incorporate site topology changes between the halls and the hotel. The natural noise caused by the hotel’s class of traffic is eliminated. Safety regulations are imposed on a 10-meter road around the site to ensure emergency access and a fire engine. Eno Hotel 4 stars Ghadir (Jumeirah) at the top of this site with The area is about 7000 square meters and is located on 7 floors. The hotel comprises 31 rooms and 7 suites ranging from 50 to 90 m2.
