The Clar Building, like other Clar buildings, is residential and has been built in Ahwaz. This building has a pilot parking. There are two residential units on each floor.

The choice of materials with matching colors on the floor of the building and the walls make the space bigger and more demanding.

The use of horizontal and vertical straight lines on the roof is in line with the horizontal and vertical straight lines used in the building facade.
