There are 2 residential units on each floor with an area of 160 square meters per unit.

The dominant material used in the facade is brick, and the composition of the facade using the stone vertical element gives the building a two-dimensional beauty.

Performs volumes with soft and curved lines on the façade. The designs are modern in style. The use of horizontal and vertical elements in the interior design and design also harmonizes with the exterior.
